I present you with one of our latest interior design photography projects at 10 Harbor Way, Cape Cod. This newly built waterfront home, designed and staged by Larissa Santana of LS Home Staging, offers a serene escape with its stunning views and sophisticated design. Located in the picturesque community of Pocasset, this home features massive windows that perfectly frame the scenic water views, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the natural beauty outside.

The interior of this Cape Cod gem is a masterclass in modern coastal elegance. Larissa has used wood strip paneling in the kitchen and living areas, adding a touch of warmth and texture to the space. The neutral color palette for the furniture and staging complements the natural light that floods through the large windows, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. With interior design photography, I aimed to highlight these elements, capturing the way light interacts with the space throughout the day, from the soft morning glow to the rich, moody tones of sunset.

In addition to the interior shots, I photographed a lifestyle session featuring Larissa in the designed space. This aspect of the project aimed to capture the creative process and personal touch that LS Home Staging brought to 10 Harbor Way. By showcasing the designer at work, I was able to highlight the dedication and expertise involved in transforming this waterfront property into a dream home. These lifestyle photographs aspire to enhance the project's storytelling and provide a relatable and human element, connecting potential clients with the designer's vision and style.
